Driver crashing into house shuts street in Ashton-on-Ribble

Emergency services closed off a road in Ashton-on-Ribble due to a crash on Monday (15 July) afternoon.

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service had crews on the scene after a driver crashed into a house in Ladysmith Road.

The crash, which took place around 2pm, was described by police as ‘damage-only’.

The road, off Tulketh Brow and close to Lane Ends, remains closed.
