A 27-year-old man is facing negligence charges after three children were allegedly left inside a car alone overnight in south-east Queensland.
Police earlier issued an amber alert for the three-year-old girl and two boys, aged five and six, who went missing from Victor Avenue in Paradise Point at 4pm yesterday.
The children were found at a service station in Mount Warren Park, south of Brisbane, about 7am.

The 27-year-old father of the children was later arrested on unrelated charges.
Officers recovered a blue Hyundai i30 at 7am today that the children were travelling in.
Police say the children spent the night alone in the car overnight before they walked to a nearby convenience store on Rochester Drive at Mount Warren Park and raised the alarm.
They have been taken to hospital for a medical assessment.
The man has since been charged with failing to provide reasonable provision for the supervision and care for three children known to him.
He has been charged with three counts each of cruelty to children under 16 years and leaving a child under 12 unattended.

The man is due before Beenleigh Magistrates Court tomorrow.
