Kay Adams shocked reaction after NFL star Deommodore Lenoir makes ‘truly crazy’ revelation over year-long superstition

KAY Adams was left baffled by an NFL star’s at-home admission.

Adams hosted San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir on Up & Adams, and was interrupted by an annoying noise.

Lenoir shared that he hasn’t changed the batteries in his smoke detector in a year[/caption]

During the interview, Adams learned that Lenoir’s smoke detector has been out of batteries for over a year.

The detector continually makes a beeping noise due to its low battery, and Adams was baffled by Lenoir refusing to fix it.

“I wanna know whose job it was to change the batteries in the smoke detector,” Adams said.

“I’m hearing it! Is that your smoke detector?”

The beeping continued to sound during the entire video, with Lenoir laughing at how shocked Adams was.

He revealed that he is very superstitious about gamedays, and he was playing well once the beeps started so he let them continue.

“This has been going on since last season,” Lenoir said.

“It’s been good luck so I just let it go. I’ve been playing good so far for the whole season. I’m kind of superstitious.”

“Are you joking?” Adams replied.

Even after Lenoir gave all of his reasonings, Adams still couldn’t believe there wasn’t any reason to change the batteries.

“You’re in Santa Clara, and you’re there often, and you’re telling me you haven’t changed the batteries in your smoke detector in over a year?” Adams said.

“Deommodore this is the craziest. I’ve done a lot of crazy things, I’ve heard a lot, this is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

“I literally want to scratch my skin off because I keep hearing this noise and you don’t even hear it.”

Fans thought the interaction between Adams and Lenoir was hilarious, and shared their laughs on social media.

“Not sure how Demmodore does it, I’d go nuts hearing that sound constantly,” one fan said.
