Troubled ex-TV star Andrew O'Keefe is in trouble with the law yet again, accused of breaching bail conditions a day after appearing in court.
O'Keefe had faced Sydney's Downing Centre local court on Tuesday, pleading guilty to driving while his licence was suspended on June 20 in Sydney's eastern suburbs. He was handed a conditional release order of 12 months without conviction.
But he was back in court on Wednesday, accused of breaching a bail condition not to contact a witness on another matter.

O'Keefe was arrested on Wednesday at 1pm at a home in Vaucluse before being taken back to court to have bail re-determined.
He was again released on bail, but with a slew of conditions including reporting to police, not contacting witnesses, and drug and alcohol testing.
On Tuesday, Magistrate Michael Allen noted the 52-year-old's recent criminal history, including convictions for domestic violence and drug possession, which are the subject of an appeal.
"The sad reality is you're no stranger to this place," Mr Allen said.

O'Keefe still faces charges of contravening an apprehended violence order and intimidating a man, who he allegedly threatened during a run-in in late July.
Speaking outside court on Tuesday, O'Keefe was asked if things were "all up from here" and said he hoped so.
"There's a bit to go but we'll find out shortly," he said.
