FireboyDML has always been vocal about pushing boundaries. One would expect a long break from an artist who releases three studio albums in four years, but this one is about to make it four in five on the 29th of August.
The album, “Adedamola” follows “Playboy“, his third studio album which achieved commercial success but was found lacking on the critical and technical side.
Adedamola is rumored to have 14 tracks and according to AlbumTalksHQ lead singles such as Everyday, Obaa Sima and Yawa make the album while others like Outside ft Blaqbonez and Oh My missed out on it.
It’s also the third time Fireboy will release an album in August. With Apollo coming on the 19th of August 2020, Playboy landing on the 4th of August 2022 and Adedamola set for release on the 29th of August 2024, we could be seeing a new pattern and identity from the young superstar.
