A man who smashed up a dolls’ house to throw at a woman has been jailed.
Andrew Hodson hit and kicked his victim inside his flat in Preston before continuing to chase her out into the street. When she got out and drove away to a nearby street, he followed her and used a knife to puncture one of the car tyres.
The 45-year-old, of Brackenbury Road, Plungington, was arrested and charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, criminal damage and breaching a restraining order.

He went before Blackburn Magistrates Court last week and pleaded guilty to all counts. Hodgson was jailed for a total of 34 weeks and ordered to pay £300 compensation.
