MANCHESTER UNITED have agreed a deal to sign Matthijs de Ligt – and have moved a step closer to signing Noussair Mazraoui.
According to The Athletic, United have struck a deal worth £43million for Bayern Munich’s De Ligt.
And they have had a bid accepted Bayern right-back Noussair Mazraoui – although the deal depends on Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaving.
