Redditor Tlynn421 has shared her sun-kissed beauty routine that gave her radiant results.
“I’ve been putting blush across the tops of my apples and right across my nose, followed by some blending with my fingers when I’m in a hurry,” she said.
There was indeed a method to her makeup madness.
“The goal is to have a nice been playing with my board in the ocean under the sun all weekend [look] while actually protecting my skin,” she said.
She got all the benefits without the risk of harmful sun exposure.
She shared how she fooled others with her fake tan on “casual days,” such as when she went to brunch or ran errands, etc.
For the finishing touches on her beachy beauty look, she adds a bit of tinted “nude-ish mauve” lip balm.
She then applies mascara, as well as a frugal face buy.
“I use that L’Oreal Lumi tinted moisturizer versus foundation, and it’s perfect,” she said.
If you want to try the buy for yourself, Amazon sells L’Oreal True Match Lumi Glotion which is on sale for $12.81.
Aside from getting a beach look, she also knows how to appear to have gotten her beauty sleep.
She noted that she applies “age-rewind concealer under my eyes and eyebrows to look less tired and more awake.”
She also swore by her other eye-popping eye tricks.
“Find the contrasting color to your eye color and find a shadow or two along with a small, angled eyeliner brush,” she said.
“Place the contrasting color very subtly in the bottom corners and outside along the lash line and a tad along the outside tops of your lids,” she added.

“Ideally, skip eyeliner or go very, very light to make your eyes look mesmerizing and really pop.”
For her own green eyes, she usually opts for a dark violet, maroon, or brownish violet shades.
“Also, line your inner lower lids with matte white, and it will really make you look awake and all doe-eyed!” she said.
Another Redditor was thankful for the advice packed with glam goodness.
“Good tips! I have hazel/green eyes and find that they look amazing when I wear violet/maroon shadows/liner,” they said.
“I didn’t know it was because they are contrasting colors!” they continued.
