With all of the flurry of opinions prompted by the provincial government’s announcement that they are planning to demolish the original provincial museum building, I am a little surprised that there has been no mention of the fact that the establishment of the provincial museum and the consequent building of the original museum was in fact Alberta’s official project to commemorate Canada’s Centennial.
