Sherry Priami is an IFBB Pro (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Professionals) women’s bodybuilder, who started her competitive journey in women’s physique before transitioning into women’s bodybuilding.
Sherry is based in Florida and balances her demanding career as a dental hygienist with her passion for bodybuilding and motherhood.
Early journey and professional milestones
Sherry’s journey into bodybuilding began when she earned her Pro Card in 2018, making an immediate impact in the Women’s Physique Division.
She swiftly transitioned to women’s bodybuilding, where she has continued to impress judges and audiences alike.
Remarkably, she won her first two competitions, setting the stage for a career marked by ambition and success.

In 2024, she achieved a notable first place finish at the IFBB Chicago Pro on July 19, competing in the women’s bodybuilding category.
She followed this up with a fourth-place finish at the IFBB Rising Phoenix Pro on August 24, 2024.
The previous year, 2023, was also remarkable for her.
She secured fourth place at the prestigious Ms Olympia on November 3, 2023.
Earlier that year, she competed in the IFBB Rising Phoenix Arizona Pro, where she finished seventh, and she achieved a fantastic first place at the Vancouver Island Showdown Pro on April 23, 2023.
Looking back to 2022, Sherry demonstrated consistent high-level performance by taking second place at both the IFBB Chicago Pro and the Atlanta Pro, as well as third place at the Tampa Pro.
Before this impressive journey in women’s bodybuilding, Sherry also competed in women’s physique events.
She finished seventh at the Mr. Big Evolution Portugal Pro in 2020 and first at the Tampa Pro on July 31, 2020.

She explained: “I go to the gym across the street from the office I work at during lunch and that’s when I get my cardio.
“I used to get up in the mornings when they were younger and go train before they got up in the morning, so I could be home by breakfast and get them off and get myself off to work.”
“You just have to learn how to balance,” she concluded, reflecting on her experience as a mother and athlete.
