A policeman has allegedly been stabbed with a pair of scissors during an arrest north-west of Brisbane this morning.
Officers were called to a home in the town of Roma, in the Maranoa region, to respond to an alleged domestic violence incident about 7am.
Queensland Police said in a statement the male constable was allegedly assaulted during the arrest and suffered a puncture wound to his upper body.

The officer was taken to Roma Hospital in stable condition before being flown to Brisbane.
A 35-year-old man from Roma has been charged with one count each of acts intended to prevent lawful detention, escape lawful custody and serious assault police officer.
He will appear in the Roma Magistrates Court on Monday.
