Fairme and Micky, of the evicted Radicals, have openly shared their reactions to the unexpected nominations they faced in the house, especially regarding the surprising nominations that led to their departure from Big Brother Naija on Sunday, September 1.
When asked about the duo that most surprised them with their nominations on a recent interview on Wednesday, September 4, both Fairme and Micky singled out Doublekay. Micky expressed his astonishment, noting, “It was Doublekay. I was really taken aback because, in the house, we (Radicals) and them used to form this ‘Bendel family.’”
Fairme elaborated on his surprise, adding, “I’m from Itsekiri and Kellyrae is also an Itsekiri boy, and I’m also close to Kassia. So, when I saw that Doublekay kept nominating us (Radicals), it was a real shock. I never nominated them, and I remember we even voted for them during the Head of House challenge. When Kelly comes out of the house, I want to ask him why they were always nominating us. Maybe it was part of their strategy.”
Micky supported Fairme’s feelings, saying, “I would have been equally surprised if Beta (Ben and Tjay) had nominated us, but fortunately, they didn’t. So, the only real surprise for me was Doublekay’s nomination.”
