Broughton Players are bringing Laura Wade’s acclaimed play Home, I’m Darling to Preston Playhouse.
The dark comedy delves into the life of Judy, an aspiring 1950s domestic goddess who is married to Johnny. However, she soon learns that being the perfect housewife is not quite as easy as it looks.
Home, I’m Darling is directed by Anne-Marie Flood, who said: “I am delighted to be working with a brilliant cast and crew on this fabulous play.
“We will be bringing you a delicious mix of humour, love and hard truths with a sprinkling of 1950s music throughout. You really are in for a treat!”
