But if booking a table months in advance or spending your grocery budget on dinner isn't quite your vibe, don't worry — Michelin’s got something for the rest of us, too.</p><p><span></span>For the first time ever, the world-famous restaurant guide has revealed a<a href="https://guide.michelin.com/ca/fr/article/michelin-guide-ceremony/michelin-guide-restaurants-bib-gourmand-quebec-2025" target="_blank"> "Bib Gourmand" list for Quebec</a>, spotlighting 17 restaurants that serve exceptional food at a reasonable price. The idea You shouldn’t have to spend hundreds to eat something great.</p><p>These spots span from Montreal to Rimouski, and cover everything from Japanese izakayas to regional Québécois classics.
