SISTER Wives star Janelle Brown seems to be having some trouble selling her late son Garrison’s Flagstaff, Arizona home, as the price has been slashed by $25,100.
Janelle, 55, listed Garrison’s four-bedroom, two-bathroom home for $425,000 in September.

According to property records, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal a price cut was made to the home of $25,100, as the abode is now listed at $399,900.
The home was initially listed for sale on September 13 for $425,000.
Garrison purchased the 1,441-square-foot home in December 2021 for $329,000.
“The home has fresh paint, vinyl floors and air conditioning. On the main level you will find a living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, pantry, laundry/washer dryer and an office/den with a 3/4 bath,” the real estate listing reads.
“Upstairs has four bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings. A full bath is also located upstairs. The home has a small fenced-in courtyard and a small fenced backyard as well.”
The house has been featured on episodes of TLC’s Sister Wives.
Under Arizona’s intestate succession law, a property is given to the deceased’s parents if he or she has no spouse or children.

TRAGIC LOSS
Garrison, whose first name is Robert, passed away on March 4, 2024 at 25 years old.
He died of suicide, as he passed from a gunshot wound in the bedroom of his home.
Garrison’s body was found by his brother Gabe on the morning of March 5.
In the police report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Gabe told police his older brother “had been struggling with mental health concerns and alcohol abuse.”
The cops also interviewed Janelle, who informed authorities that Garrison “stopped texting” the night before his suicide and sent “troubling messages.”
Garrison had texted a group of people that the Brown family works with on their TLC show.
The message reportedly read, “I want to hate you for sharing the good times. But I can’t. I miss these days.”
Janelle told authorities she “should have gotten Garrison help in the past.”
ESTRANGEMENT FROM KODY
She also noted that he was “estranged from his father.”
Garrison and Kody, who is a father of 18, had a tumultuous relationship for years.
As featured on Sister Wives, Kody and Garrison had a falling out because he refused to follow his dad’s strict covid rules.
Kody living full time with his fourth wife Robyn and their five children added to the rift, as he rarely saw his three wives Meri, Christine and Janelle, and his children with them.
REMEMBERING GARRISON
Despite their estrangement, Kody wrote on his Instagram at the time, “Janelle and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown.
“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. Our loss will leave such a big hole in our lives, that it takes our breath away.”
Janelle recently posted on Instagram for the six-month anniversary of Garrison’s passing.
“6 months ago today you went away. You come up in my photo memories almost every day. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like you’re gone. And then I remember I won’t be getting a call or text from you and it all comes rushing back.
“I know you fought hard but in the end you just couldn’t stay. I love you so much and will see you again when my journey is done,” Janelle wrote.
A private funeral was held on March 9.
Then on March 24, the Sister Wives family gathered at the Clark County Armory in Las Vegas, Nevada, to honor Garrison, as he was formerly a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
Apart from Garrison, Janelle shares Logan, Maddie, Hunter, Gabe, and Savanah with Kody.
Season 19 of Sister Wives is currently airing on Sundays on TLC.
