Delays are expected at a busy junction in Ribbleton as new traffic lights are put in.

Warning signs are up at the junction where Cromwell Road and Woodlands Avenue meet Ribbleton Avenue.

Two weeks of roadworks take place from Monday (18 November) ending on Friday 6 December.

Temporary lights will be in place throughout the roadworks.

The traffic lights will be the latest to be upgraded in the city as Lancashire County Council rolls out newer digital traffic signals at some of the city’s busiest junctions.
