Montreal is undeniably a city with an incomparable vibe. But what truly sets it apart is its local creators, innovators and those bold enough to dream big. That originality is shared with its fabled hockey team, the NHL’s Original ONE franchise that was founded on December 4, 1909.

“OG1” is the intersection of that team and originals of all kinds, a means to celebrate the ingenuity and culture that have defined and continue to distinguish Montreal as a whole. And on the occasion of the team’s 115th anniversary, the OG1 Holiday Market, in collaboration with Interac, will celebrate some of the city’s most exciting artists, designers, and tastemakers.

Join the festivities on December 4 and 5 outside the Bell Centre, where you can discover products from around 15 Montreal-based businesses, including brands like Girl Crush, Double Dribble et Pony.

This hand-picked selection of independent vendors will showcase a variety of unique visions, each reflecting Montreal’s diverse cultural scene. Many of the participating shops don’t have physical storefronts, which means the OG1 Holiday Market gives you a rare chance to shop their products in person.

The market will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on both days at the Rio Tinto Courtyard, right next to the Bell Centre. Food trucks and festive drink stands will be on-site, while DJs (courtesy of Monster Energy) will keep the party alive with electrifying sets.

If you’re looking to discover and support emerging local talent — and maybe even snag a unique Montreal-inspired gift for the most festive season of the year — the OG1 Holiday Market is the pop-up destination you don’t want to miss.
