Part of the site is given over to housing and Barratt Homes are progressing on building nearly 1,000 homes in what will be known as Centurion Village.
Titan Business Park is due to see new warehouse and business units ranging from 750 square foot up to 13,800 square foot.
Partner at Providence Gate who are behind the business park, Charlie Openshaw, said: “Our vision is to create space that not only meets the demands of today’s businesses but also anticipates future needs.
“With its modern facilities and strategic location, Titan Business Park is poised to become a key driver of economic growth and innovation in the region. We have received a very encouraging level of initial enquiries from local and regional companies looking to expand and relocate in this location.
“Terms are currently being agreed on some of the units and we are expecting to secure a number of pre-lets, highlighting the strength of the market in this location.”
The first units are due to be occupied by March next year.
