The Fox NFL Sunday crew, along with Tom Brady, shared a tribute to Randy Moss, who has stepped away from his role on ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown due to a health issue

Over the weekend, ESPN announced that Moss decided to step away from his analyst role on Sunday NFL Countdown.

The NFL Hall of Famer had shared on the December 6 edition of the program that he was dealing with a health issue.

NFL icon Tom Brady appeared on the Fox NFL Sunday show in Week 14 and gave a tribute to his former teammate with the New England Patriots.

“One of the all-time great teammates and friends… We love you so much man,” Brady said.

“Our heart is with you. Our prayers. All our positive energy. We love you so much, man,” he continued.

Then, Strahan and Bradshaw joined in and sent their best wishes to Moss.

“We’re looking out for you Randy,” Strahan said.

Bradshaw was seen giving a thumb-up sign to the camera.

Then, Rob Gronkowski said, “We’re thinking about you, Randy. We love you, man.

“You’re the best.”

Bradshaw then flipped a football to Brady as the program shifted to a new topic.

Last month, Moss was spotted with yellow eyes on Sunday NFL Countdown, and he started wearing sunglasses during numerous episodes.

“I just ask for all the prayer warriors to put their blessing hands on me and my family through these hard times. People were talking about my eyes last week,” Moss said on his final appearance on December 1.

“I’m battling something, man, and it’s something internal. Your boy is going to get through it.

“I got a great team of doctors and got a great family around me.

Moss retired from playing football after the 2012 season.

He played in the NFL for 14 seasons, recording 15,292 yards and 156 touchdowns.

Moss was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018.
