Walmart shoppers can now opt for an alternative way of getting on the property ladder with a $5,800.

The Best Barns Springfield Wood Shed Kit is currently available from Walmart for $5,838.
It features a double barn door with window paneling to allow light into the space.
These wide carriage style doors with transom are located on the gable wall.
The tiny home comes with all the hardware needed for assembly, including screws, latches, handles, and nails.
It is designed with a Sturdi-built truss system that gives 20 pounds per square foot for snow load.
The barn is also constructed to withstand wind speeds of up to 116 miles per hour.
Other details include pre-cut roof trusses, wood gussets, wall framing, and trim for easier assembly.
But most excitingly, the tiny home includes a smaller second floor space.
Complete with a window for natural light, the lofted space is ideal for extra storage space.
The pitched roof helps to maximize this space as well as providing the perfect line of defense against heavy snow fall.
Headroom in the lofted spaces measures to 4-foot-3 at the highest point.
Both the roof truss and wall sheathing are created with oriented strand board.
While the doors come pre-built, the rest of the barn can be easily assembled.
The floor and shingles are not included in the kit while the window is optional.
According to manufacturers, the Springfield storage kit is designed to provide “plenty of room” for the owner.
