Introducing the product in the Costco subreddit, 0jade1 wrote: “I didn’t get it because that’s a lot of cheesecake.
“Has anyone tried this?! This sounds like it would be amazing!
“Please share if you’ve tried it. I couldn’t find this product when I searched so I’m guessing it has to be new!”
Weighing in at a hefty 4.5lb and costing $23.99, the delectable dessert is a combination of two perennial favorites from the US and Italy.
It includes mascarpone cheese, cold brew whipped topping, a graham and cocoa crust and lots of coffee flavor.
Though the coffee could well be a little too much for some people, said one consumer: “The cheesecake itself is actually coffee flavored and it’s strong.
“The whipped topping was normal and not coffee flavored. I don’t know if I tasted the mascarpone because of the strong coffee flavor.
She said her husband had really enjoyed it but added: “I was hoping the crust would be a little more flavorful but the chocolate and graham just washed each other out.”
SWEET TREAT
However the new product was greeted with enthusiasm by Costco fans, who were quick to respond to the new product news.
“This could be dangerous,” quipped one user.
While another exclaimed: “My two favorite things in one!!”
Another excited shopper wrote: “I need an extra freezer. Curse of living alone, and wanting all the Costco treats.”
The OP discovered the sweet dish at a Costco in Washington state, but availability may vary depending on location.
In answer to the question was it worth buying, one Reddit user wrote: “I would say I like it better than most of the bar cakes if you have tried those.
Costco membership sharing guidelines
Costco has strict rules for membership use that shoppers must follow and they've been cracking down on offenders in recent years.
- Primary Member Use: Only the primary cardholder can use this Costco membership card. Sharing it for purchases is not allowed as the photo on the card must match the person using it.
- Household Card: Each primary member can add one free household cardholder who lives at the same address. This person will receive their own membership card and can shop at Costco independently.
- Guest Policy: Members can bring up to two guests per visit to Costco. However, only the member can make purchases. Guests must be accompanied by the member.
- Authorized Cardholder: For an additional fee, you can add an authorized cardholder, such as a family member or friend, who doesn’t reside at your address. They will receive their own card and can shop independently.

“It seems more airy/less dense than the plain cheesecake.”
COST THOUGH
The price is putting some people off however, along with the size, which is suited to a crowd rather than a small household.
“They seriously need to do smaller versions of these,” wrote one disappointed fan.
“We don’t buy these because it is not possible for 2 people to finish it in time with reasonable portions.”
While referring to the price, another shopper confessed: “Looks good, but at that price I will pass.”
Though the new Tiramisu Cheesecake looks like becoming a fan favorite, another popular sweet treat appears to be on the way out.
Biscoff Cookies were spotted sporting the price label ‘death star’, by a Costco shopper.
This asterisk generally means a product is soon to be discontinued.
The company has also confirmed the change from Pepsi to Coca-Cola in its food courts this coming summer.
