FOX NFL reporter Erin Andrews revealed a moment with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Andrews’ reveal comes after she bashed NFL fans for booing at Kelce’s girlfriend, music icon Taylor Swift, during the Chiefs’ Super Bowl 59 loss.

During the latest edition of the Cam Down podcast with Charissa Thompson, Andrews shared how she caught up with Kelce by the team suite after the Philadelphia Eagles’ rout in New Orleans.
“The shot that they have of him coming out of the locker room, and now we know he was going up to the suite – I didn’t, I was actually coming off the field and he was just walking out,” Andrews said.
“And I was like f*** it, and I just turned around and I walked up to him because I was like I don’t want to bug him but I was like, ‘No that’s our friend and this really sucks.’
“And I just walked up to him and he stopped and I gave him a big hug and I was just like ‘I’m so sorry, I love you, I’m so sorry.’
“They’re humans too, you know.”
Andrews and Kelce have been friends as the NFL star has credited the sideline reporter for assisting his relationship with Swift.
Kelce and Swift started dating in the summer of 2023.
Before their relationship, Andrews and Thompson urged Kelce to date the 14-time Grammy winner.
While Philly dominated the Chief to end their three-peat hopes, Swift was shown on the jumbotron and the crowd at Caesars Superdome booed at her.
Andrews didn’t like watching Swift get booed and spoke about the moment with Thompson.
“I feel bad for the most famous and amazing woman in the world who f***ing gets booed at the Super Bowl,” Andrews said.
“She holds the attendance record in the Superdome as an individual, as one individual standing up on that stage rocking the world, and you’re going to boo her.
“Look, I get it. I love the fandom. Eagles are proud fans and they are gonna hate her.”
Kelce finished the game with four receptions for 39 yards.
Patrick Mahomes was also sacked six times and threw two interceptions, one of them a pick-six.
Plenty of retirement speculation has circulated on Kelce throughout the campaign.
On Wednesday, he addressed the retirement rumors on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother and co-host, Jason Kelce.
“I’m gonna take some time to figure it out,” Kelce said.
“And I think I owe it to my teammates that if I do come back that it’s gonna be a wholehearted decision and I’m not half-a**ing it, and I’m fully here for them.”
“I think I can play, it’s just whether or not I’m motivated or it’s the best decision for me as a man, as a human, as a person to take on all that responsibility.”
