An investigation is underway after a body was found in the River Ribble at the weekend.
Police were called to The Boulevard at around 1.26pm on Sunday (9 February) and the body of a man in his 60s was found.
Fire crews were also called to the scene.

The death is being treated as unexplained and police enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for police said: “We were called at 1.26pm on Sunday 9th February to The Boulevard, Preston, to a report that a body had been found in the river.
“The emergency services attended, and very sadly the body of a man in his 60s was found. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and our enquiries are continuing.”
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service said: “We were called by the police at 13:34 and sent three fire engines and a boat to the river. Crews were at the scene for just under two hours.”
