Preston’s newest Italian restaurant has an opening date.
Ask Italian will join Taco Bell and Argento Lounge in Preston’s newly-opened Animate leisure complex and is opening on Thursday, 3 April.
The two eateries above opened to coincide with the opening of the cinema that makes up part of the complex with Hollywood Bowl coming soon afterwards.

The future of Las Iguanas at Animate remains in doubt but the Mad Giant Food Hall is expected to open in the coming months.
A post on Facebook from Animate reads: “Ask Italian is joining us soon at our Animate complex, right next to Taco Bell and Argento Lounge.
“We are so excited for Ask Italian to open next Thursday, 3 April! We’ll see you there.”
The grand opening of Animate happened in February and featured Preston-born Nick Park unveil a new statue of Feathers McGraw – keeping a close eye on Wallace and Gromit on their bench in front of the market.
