DWIGHT HOWARD addressed the rumours suggesting he could return to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Howard, 39, had three spells with the Lakers, where he won the title in 2020.

The basketball star appeared to express some interest in reuniting with LeBron James and co on Twitter.
That was after Los Angeles signed Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks.
Howard was then spotted at LAX where he was asked about his future and the ongoing rumor mill.
And the legendary center poured cold water on all the speculation as he stated there has been no contact with LA and is happy spending his time at home with his children.
Howard told TMZ: “I’m always ready but there’s more to life than basketball.”
When pressed on the Lakers links, the NBA legend added: “Lakers not calling me, brother.”
Howard first moved to Los Angeles in 2012 after a stunning eight-year stint with Orlando Magic.
But the star from Atlanta, Georgia left in 2013 for the Houston Rockets.
After brief spells with the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets and Washington Wizards, Howard returned to the Staples Center for one more year and won the title with James and co.
The NBA hero then played for the Philadelphia 76ers for a year before another comeback to the Lakers but left again in 2022 to move to Taiwan and play for Taoyuan Taiwan Beer Leopards until 2023.
Howard has been a free agent since and the Lakers are now set for something very special with five-time NBA All Star Doncic joining them after a trade involving Anthony Davis.
