A CVS shopper has raged at the pharmacy chain[/caption]

Sarah (@AreWeThereYet35) fumed at the chain after she allegedly faced issues with passport photos.

Many stores have photo booths where shoppers can take pictures for official documents and ID.

Sarah raged at the pharmacy chain in a scathing X post about their cameras.

She said: “@cvspharmacy you need to have a better cameras/equipment for passport photos.

“I had to go back twice for a photo that wouldn’t be rejected due to blurriness.

    “Both still not accepted!!!”

Sarah fumed that she had wasted time and money at CVS over the blunder.

She added: “Just paid $22 for nothing.”

CVS responded to the shopper and asked her to take further steps.

The chain said: “Please send us a direct message with your full names, phone number, email address, and CVS location so our team can assist you further. Thank you.”

Sarah publicly responded and wrote “done”.

This CVS customer has not been the only person to rage at the chain online.

The company promised to investigate after a customer complained their local branch closed at 5:01pm despite being in a long line for a prescription.

This person said they had been waiting in the drive-thru line to get a prescription for her daughter’s ear infection.

But by the time she reached the window after waiting in line, she was told to come back because the store had closed.

The angry mom posted on X on Saturday: “Was 3rd in the drive-thru line at @cvspharmacy for my daughter’s amoxicillin prescription (ear infection) at 4:50.

“Pull up to the window at 5:01. “Sorry, we’re closed.” Are you freaking kidding me?

“I was the only car left. I am fuming.

“AND it doesn’t open til 11am. Close the line.”
