Guinean and Borussia Dortmund forward, Serhou Guirassy ended the 2024-2025 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals as the highest goalscorer of the tournament.
Following the dramatic end of the Champions League quarter-final second-leg matches on Wednesday, Serhou Guirassy has netted a total of 13 goals, one goal more than any other player in the tournament.
Guirassy’s remarkable performance includes a stunning hat-trick in the Tuesday match against FC Barcelona, helping Dortmund secure a win. He now finds himself just one goal ahead of Barcelona and Brazilian winger, Raphinha, who has scored 12 goals so far in the tournament.
Unfortunately for Serhou Guirassy, the 29-year-old Guinea international will not have the opportunity to extend his goal tally in the tournament because Barcelona have knocked his team, Dortmund, out of the competition, 3-5 on aggregate.
