He has flown in famous musicians from rapper Cardi B to singer Enrique Iglesias to party into the early hours with his team and clients and celebrate his success.
This year, Henry, who is known for his philanthropy as well as his events, is making his birthday special by giving back to the community in a big way.
For the next nine months, the Texas lawyer is set to hand out $5,000 each week to five individuals who enter a giveaway.
He will also generously deliver a grand prize of $100,000 to two big winners in December.
In a statement, he said: “This journey isn’t about a single person but so many people. This year, I want to celebrate by giving back.
“Whether it’s helping someone through tough times or easing a financial burden, providing assistance to someone I may never meet brings me fulfillment and a deep sense of purpose.
“I’m excited to offer this support to people who need it to improve their lives, whether it’s for school, medical expenses, or simply making life a little easier.”
“Thank you all for sharing this special birthday with me,” Henry added to those taking part.
“I look forward to seeing the positive impact we can make together.”
The giveaway is open to anyone in the state of Texas.
Not only is Henry giving away a million dollars, but he’s also opening a philanthropic center in Corpus Christi.
It will serve as a hub for community support, offering resources to local initiatives, and helping provide aid to those in need through qualified requests.
Henry’s personal injury law firm is one of the most successful in America with a 30-year history and has seen huge growth in the past five years.
His team handles all types of accident claims and represents clients in mass tort, product liability, child injury, and whistleblower protection cases nationwide.
He’s pulled in more than $1 billion for clients in recent years, with big wins including $67 million for a company vehicle accident resulting in spinal cord and back injuries.

In a previous interview with The U.S. Sun at last year’s birthday party, he said, “I’ve been doing this for 35 years so a billion is kind of a small drop in the bucket for me.
“My goal is to lead people and then on the biggest cases go to trial and try those lawsuits. I’m multiple things. Besides a trial lawyer, I’m a mentor, I’m a teacher, I’m a leader.
“And most importantly, I get to be part of all of their lives, they have families; wives and husbands and children. That’s the best part.
“We all work hard and when we keep our heads down we can forget. Every once in a while we gotta do it [get together] because life will run you by.
“I like to work with people who work hard but we should all enjoy our lives.
“I’m very grateful for all the amazing people I work with.
“These things that we do, dealing with the most tragic things in life, yes there may be one guy standing in front of a jury, but it takes a huge team who get you there.”
