Many sister pubs across Lancashire will also be involved in raising money including both Lancaster and Blackpool Hogarths.

Catriona Cameron, Operator at Northern Way said: “I’ve only lived in Preston for 12 weeks and to find there’s only five food banks just makes me want to do whatever I can to help give them some extra food that they can use to help elevate lives.”

Dave Day celebrates the life of Hairy Biker, Dave Myers in his home town of Barrow in Furness. This year it will take place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June.
