
Thousands of bikers are set to ride on the M6 at Preston this Saturday as Dave Day takes place.
Riding in memory of the former Hairy Bikers star Dave Myers the route takes them from London to Barrow-in-Furness.
Last year hundreds of people lined motorway bridges on the M6 at Preston to wave and cheer as the flotilla of bikers went through.

Bikers join the route as it makes its way up the country reaching Barrow around 3.45pm on Saturday (21 June) before a concert and entertainment takes place in memory of Dave.
The bikers are set to ride along the stretch of motorway at Preston around 2pm on Saturday.
They stop at Knutsford services from 12.30pm to 1pm and are then due to stop at Burton-in-Kendal services at 2.30pm to 3pm – meaning they should pass through Preston between 1.30pm-2.15pm depending on timings on the day.
The current weather forecast for Saturday is showing as being up to 27 degrees in Preston and bright sunshine – perfect riding conditions.
