It will feature guest speakers in Ukrainian Viktoriia Murych, Palestinian Khaldoun Jayousi and Syrian Dr Ayman Jundi.

A spokesperson for the event said: “In Celebrating Refugee Week as ‘Community as a Superpower’, the evening promises to be an exciting one, bringing together a rich tapestry of Preston’s diverse communities, to celebrate the contributions, creativity, and resilience of refugees and those who have since settled.”

The event is free to attend but you need to sign up for a ticket via the Eventbrite page.
