But spend a little time inside and you’ll notice something unusual happening: the entire dining room is moving.</p><p>The rotation is slow enough that you barely feel it, but by the end of a meal you'll have circled the whole city skyline without leaving your chair. For more seasoned Montrealers, the space has some nostalgia built in as it was once home to Tour de Ville, the spinning restaurant that became a local icon.</p><p>Chef <a href="https://nac-cna.ca/en/bio/helena-loureiro" target="_blank">Helena Loureiro took it over in 2016</a> and gave it a Portuguese soul. Known for her work at <a href="https://www.restauranthelena.com/" target="_blank">Helena in Old Montreal</a>, she brought in a menu inspired by her roots while keeping the unique rotating dining room intact.
