Delays have been building on a busy route through Ribbleton.
A car and a highways vehicle were involved in a crash at the junction of Cromwell Road with Ribbleton Avenue.
The crash took place around 10.30am on Friday (11 July).

Preston Police confirmed it was a ‘damage-only’ collision.
There’s understood to be only minor delays on Ribbleton Avenue and no one is understood to be hurt in the crash.
Resurfacing work has been taking place along the route for the past few weeks.
