A cyclist is fighting for life after being injured in a hit and run in Melbourne's inner city.
Police said a car hit the bike on Moreland Road, Coburg, about 6.20pm today.
The rider was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries but police said the driver took off.
They are appealing for witnesses.
