A rider of an e-motorbike was pulled over by firearms officers during the early hours of Sunday morning.
Preston Police confirmed to Blog Preston the incident took place at 4.33am in Plungington Road.
The Surron rider was stopped and arrested. The bike has also been seized.

A 36-year-old man from Preston was arrested on suspicion of failing to provide a specimen of breath, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and racially aggravated harassment.
Preston Police said he has since been released on bail and has a curfew covering 9pm to 7am.
