A man who has gone missing from hospital in Blackburn could be in Preston.
Preston Police have released details of Phillip Place.
The 66-year-old was last seen at Blackburn Hospital at 12.26pm on Tuesday 2 September.

Police say he has links to Preston and they are concerned for his welfare.
Philip was last seen wearing a long black jacket, grey polo shirt, black joggers and black trainers.
He is 5’7″, of slight build and has short white hair.
Anyone who sees Phillip should call 999 and anyone with information on where he might be should call police on 101 quoting log 0575 of 2 September.
