South Wales Police are currently at the scene of a serious collision on Rover Way in Splott, Cardiff.
The road has been closed in both directions between Ffordd Pengam and Seawall Road while emergency services deal with the incident.
Police have said the closure is expected to remain in place for some time, and motorists are being urged to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
Delays are expected throughout the surrounding areas.
