An investigation is underway after a driver crashed into a wall in Ingol before fleeing the scene.
The incident was reported to Lancashire Constabulary at around 12.15am on Monday morning (20 October) and happened at Creswell Avenue.
Lancashire Constabulary said that they don’t expect any serious injuries have been sustained in the crash but added that the driver fled the scene.

Enquiries are now ongoing with police trying to identify who the driver was and locate them.
While there may be no injuries, there was significant damage to the vehicle in question as well as the brick wall that the vehicle crashed into.
