Complete with live music, vintage games, and dancing, the Penwortham care home residents dressed in feather boas, top hats, and headbands.
Singer and entertainer Poppy Holiday performed a live vintage gig and hosted a Name That Tune competition and guitar challenge.
Jayne Farrow, activities co-ordinator at Penwortham Grange and Lodge and one of the event organisers, said: “Days like this are what it’s all about – seeing our residents smiling, dancing, and enjoying themselves together.
“Everyone made such an effort, and Poppy Holiday’s performance really brought the magic. These moments stay with us all.”

Residents at the Orchard Care Homes Group, such as Vera, were described as a “queen on the dancefloor,” along with Dorothy performing a solo with her favourite tune.
