Qhawekazi Mazaleni has been crowned Miss South Africa 2025.
Mazaleni was up against nine other contestants for the title after one contestant withdrew from the pageant.
The first runner up is Luyanda Zuma and second runner up is Karabo Mareka.
Contestants for the 76th Miss South Africa pageant showed substance and depth.
The newly crowned pageant queen Mazaleni will focus her reign on creating a meaningful impact on key aspects the country is grappling with including women empowerment, youth unemployment, access to education and civic engagement among other things.
