A 20-year-old suspect linked to last week’s deadly suspected gang-related shooting in Westbury, is set to appear before the Johannesburg Central Court on Friday.
The South African Police Service anti-gang unit arrested the suspect on Wednesday. Two teenagers were killed and five wounded in the attack.
Four teenage suspects believed to be from a rival gang, allegedly shot the victims aged between 14 and 19 years old.
Police say investigations to track down the remaining suspects are ongoing.
