The case of five suspects arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Westbury last month is expected to resume on Thursday in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.
All five accused, including a 17-year-old boy, are expected to return to court for the resumption of their case.
Four of them are expected to make a formal bail application after spending a week in custody, whilst the 17-year-old is understood to be under the supervision of his parents.
During their previous appearance last week, the media were not permitted to reveal their names and show their faces, as an identity parade was yet to be conducted.
