Police release picture of man in connection with drug dealing in the city

Police are appealing to trace a man in connection with a drug dealing investigation.

David McGowan is wanted by police as part of their enquiries into conspiracy to supply Class A drugs in the city.

The 36-year-old is from Preston and has short brown hair.
