Firefighters were sent to a road close to New Hall Lane during Tuesday evening to reports of a house fire.
Crews from Preston and Penwortham put out the blaze at a property in Rigby Street.
The fire took place at 8.25pm on Tuesday 9 December.

Crews were on the scene for just over an hour at a domestic property.
