Surviving accused Bondi Beach gunman Naveed Akram has been charged with 59 offences after 15 people were killed on Sunday.
Akram, 24, was injured during the attack and had been in a coma while recovering in hospital until yesterday.
The alleged gunman will face a string of charges, including 15 counts of murder and one count of committing a terrorist act.

He will also face dozens of charges of wounding with intent to murder, public display of a prohibited terrorist symbol and one charge of placing an explosive in or near a building.
He will face court in a bedside hearing this afternoon.
His father Sajid Akram, 50, died on Sunday during the attack after being shot by police during the nine-minute assault.
Twelve of the 15 victims, aged between 10 to 87, have been identified over the past 48 hours.
Naveed was awake and conscious last night after being injured when he was shot by police.
Just hours ago, police said they were waiting for him to recover before pressing charges.
Australian Federal Police Commissioner Krissy Barrett earlier said early investigations indicate that no other individual is expected to face charges.
"There is no evidence to suggest other individuals were involved in this attack, however, we caution that this could change given it is early in our investigation," Barrett said.
