A public appeal has been launched to help find the people responsible for damaging trees in Preston park.
The request for help comes after damage was found at Ashton Park, Moor Park and Haslam Park in recent months.
On Facebook, Preston Parks – operated by council staff – said: “There has been significant damage to trees on at least three of our main parks in Preston in the last few months – Ashton, Moor Park, and Haslam.

“If you have any information, please email parks@preston.gv.uk or if you see anything whilst visiting our parks, please let us know – including what, where and when so we can investigate.
“Help us keep our parks looking great for everyone to enjoy, thank you.”
