Traffic was stopped on the M6 due to a crash between a lorry and two cars.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash on the M6 northbound, around a mile after junction 32 for Broughton, shortly after midday on Monday (23 February).
All traffic heading northbound was stopped and severe delays were reported.

There are not thought to be any serious injuries sustained in the crash. There were long delays heading northbound close to junction 32 as a result.
All traffic was stopped, but the southbound carriageway was moving freely.
The M6 northbound fully re-opened around 1pm on Monday lunchtime and all traffic is reported to be moving as normal in both directions.
