I like to moan about Cabot Circus as much as the next person, but someone has blown some wind into its sails recently—M&S, Odeon, Uniqlo—and the shopping centre hasn’t been this good in ages. Next, adding some extra love to Bristol city centre, is Boots with its first beauty-only store outside London.
The new 11,000 sq ft concept store looks to turn Bristol into a major beauty destination for those across the South West and Wales—boasting more than 200 leading and emerging beauty brands, alongside free beauty services, for an innovative shopping experience this spring.
“We hear a lot from customers that they want immersive shopping experiences, expert guidance and inspiration, and with price points from 50p to £500,” said Paul Niezawitowski, Beauty Director at Boots. “Our next Beauty-only concept store certainly delivers on that and more.”
What will I find at the Boots Beauty store?

The Boots store will sell products across skincare, haircare, fragrance, cosmetics, premium beauty and electrical beauty. Leading brands will include Kylie Cosmetics, One/Size, Wonderskin and SheGlam, as well as introducing new brands never seen before at Boots, including several UK high street exclusive ranges.
In response to the growing demand for South Korean beauty, the store features one of the largest K-Beauty ranges, offering brands including Beauty of Joseon and Dr Reju-All. Alongside this, it includes a curated range of premium beauty minis and a “Trending on Social” edit, bringing the latest viral products to Bristol.
Boots Beauty in Bristol will also include a new Wellness Zone, bringing together “inside-out beauty and wellness” products such as collagen and supplements from Boots Brands, Habi and Modern Chemistry. Meanwhile, the store will also feature a dedicated space to explore a new selection of niche and independent fragrances.
Of course, what beauty store is fit for purpose without its free services? With skin scans and personalised expert wellness advice delivered by Boots’ specialist team, customers can receive personalised guidance tailored to their needs. To support this, Boots will create 30 specialist roles, including derm-trained pharmacists and specialists for both beauty and wellness.
