Four people have died and 10 others have been injured following a head-on collision between a minibus taxi and a light delivery truck at Lutanadwa bridge at Levubu outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.
The injured have been taken to the nearest hospital.
The deceased are the drivers and two minibus taxi passengers, including a three-year-old boy.
The collision happened on Monday afternoon. Transport authorities say the collision happened when a minibus taxi overtook another vehicle, thus colliding head-on with an oncoming light delivery truck.
