M6 delays as lane shut southbound near Charnock Richard services

Motorists heading south from Preston are being warned of delays.

A lane has been closed on the M6 southbound between Leyland and Standish.

One lane is closed near to Charnock Richard Services due to a crash.

Delays are expected through until 6.30pm on Saturday (11 April) as a result of the crash.

Lancashire Police confirmed to Blog Preston the crash involved two cars and minor injuries to the drivers.
